The AI-Native Entrepreneur (Part 2 of 4): Deconstructing Your Workflows
Most teams jump straight to tools and wonder why AI never sticks. James starts a step earlier. In this working session, you will audit and map the workflows that actually run your company, surface the bottlenecks, handoffs, and repetitive, time-draining work most of us stop noticing, and then deconstruct one of your own workflows live: its steps, the decisions it makes, the data it needs, and the points where it breaks. From there, you will pinpoint exactly where AI belongs and where a person should stay in the loop.
Using his Business-First approach and the tools you already have (ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, no coding required), you will turn a messy, in-your-head process into a clear, buildable plan. You will leave with a map of your business's workflows and a plan for at least one AI-assisted workflow you can put to work right away.
This is Part 2 of a 4-part series. Sessions are registered individually: come to all four and build straight through, or drop into just one and still walk away with something you can use.
