EOA: An Operations Expert’s tactical approach to executing a Quarterly Rock
The event focused on an Operations Expert's tactical approach to executing a Quarterly Rock Goal, offering participants a hands-on, strategic workshop designed to enhance execution discipline. Each member of the EOA (Entrepreneurs' Organization Accelerator) program was guided through the process of creating a clear, actionable game plan for one Rock, complete with KPIs and tracking systems to ensure success. The session aimed to provide practical, measurable steps for execution, drawing on real-world success stories and aligning with the Scaling Up framework by Harnish. Attendees built upon their One Page Strategic Plans (OPSP) from November’s Growth Day, refining their Rocks by defining success and establishing clear KPIs, meeting cadences, and accountability systems, focusing on the "Who, What, When, and Corrective Actions." By the end of the event, participants were prepared for future Execution Growth-Days and had laid the groundwork for a Cash Growth-Day through enhanced execution discipline.
