This wellness journey is designed to restore your mind, body, and spirit through immersive sound healing, guided meditation, and intentional connection—all followed by a nourishing dinner.

The evening begins with a warm welcome and intention setting, followed by gentle breathwork and a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Surrounded by soft candlelight and twinkle lights, you'll feel transported. After an experience of peaceful integration, we’ll gather for a thoughtfully curated dinner experience, featuring locally sourced ingredients, herbal teas, and space for reflection and meaningful conversation.
