EO DC Member Featured in USA Today

Mike Brey, an EO DC member and president and CEO of Hobby Works, was mentioned in a USA Today article regarding US President Barack Obama's latest initiatives to spur growth and free up credit for small businesses.

Mike says that he sees "some good stuff" in President Obama's recent proposals, but that they're not far-reaching enough to help small business owners like him.

"We haven't laid off any of our employees, so while sales have declined a huge amount, our payroll costs have remained the same," Mike says. "So it doesn't really matter how many tax credits President Obama throws around, I can't afford to hire any other people."
