EO Uganda Chapter Retreat | June 26–28 | Latitude 0
Theme: Mind, Body & Spirit 🌿
Join us for a curated retreat to reconnect, recharge, and realign—individually and as a chapter.
We begin Friday evening with arrivals & sundowners 🌅, our Townhall, and a comedy session with Dr. Hillary Okello to set a relaxed, open tone.
Saturday is a full, immersive day—starting with yoga & mindfulness 🧘🏽♀️, followed by an interactive session on AI & personal productivity 🤖, deeper reflection and sharing, a mindfulness deep-dive, and men’s & women’s circles 👥. The day winds down with reflection and an optional evening of fire, cacao & journaling 🔥🍫📓.
Sunday morning focuses on integration—with functional movement 💪🏽, closing reflections, and a commitments exercise ✍🏽 so you leave grounded and intentional.
The weekend is largely guided by Chandvi Shah and Ricquesh Parmar —experienced facilitators who blend therapeutic, reflective, and embodied practices.
Chandvi draws from modalities like regression, art therapy, and systemic work to help individuals explore inner patterns and reconnect with their core. Ricquesh combines his corporate background with embodiment and inner child work, supporting participants to move through blocks and show up more fully in life and leadership.
Together, they create a grounded, practical experience—helping you build self-awareness, emotional clarity, and stronger connection to self and others.
