Interview with Alex Hooper- Private Equity Playbook
This Wednesday our SAP Chair, Jim Jacobs is hosting a live Zoom interview with Alex Hooper — he spent the last decade inside private equity, most of it at Vista Equity Partners, writing the playbooks PE firms run to buy a business, optimize it for 24 months, and sell it for 4–6x.
He's now Codie Sanchez's partner at Contrarian Thinking, and the two of them have built a version of that playbook for owner-operators. They call it The 12Ps.
