Andrew Falsetto is the owner and CEO of Ariete Hospitality Group, a Miami-based company with over 10 locations and plans for continued growth. He earned his CPA from the John Molson School of Business in Montreal and has extensive experience in both hospitality and finance. Since 2008, he has also served as the owner and CFO of Southpark Management. His career in hospitality began in 2013 with the acquisition of Taurus Beer and Whisky House, which served as the foundation for what has become Ariete Hospitality Group, a leading force in Miami's dynamic restaurant scene.

She pursued a global career in hospitality management, gaining experience across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe before settling in Miami. Georgia has been with Ariete Hospitality Group for the past five years, where she continues to leverage their expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
