Greg Weitzman

Greg Weitzman is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams break through ceilings by helping them clarify their Vision, generate Traction, and get Healthy!

He began his career in Business Banking, coaching small businesses and midsize companies on their financial strategies, before making the leap to entrepreneurship himself. He has been on the leadership teams for start-up ventures and regional non-profits before founding his own companies focused on workplace culture and talent optimization. This experience led him to discover the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), based on the Book "Traction" by Gino Wickman, which he successfully implemented at his own companies. He now coaches other business leaders to learn and implement EOS within their own organizations. He works with over 25 companies on the West Coast, ranging in size from $2MM in revenue and 10 employees, to $100MM+ with over 100 employees.

He is also credentialed as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor through the Exit Planning Institute, helping business owners prepare for and navigate the succession planning/exit planning process.

Outside of helping his clients with EOS implementation, Greg enjoys playing piano, coaching his local high school wrestling team, traveling, cooking, golfing, and scuba diving. He lives in San Francisco, California, with his Wife, Janelle, and two dogs: Toby and Buddy Lee.
