Jason Sze Appointed as Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s Incoming Global Chair
Commences his role in July 2019, 24 years after becoming a member of the organization

Alexandria, Virginia, USA (2 May 2019)– Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), the world’s leading peer-to-peer network of successful business owners, has appointed Hong Kong’s Jason Sze as the incoming Global Chair. Jason will commence his new role on 1 July 2019, 24 years after becoming an EO member.
Jason brings a wealth of experience to the Global Board, which touches over three different decades in EO. As one of the first two members recruited in Asia, he began his path of leadership at EO by co-founding the EO Hong Kong chapter in 1995, and later, EO China South in 2011. Over the years, Jason has been instrumental in establishing six chapters in China. Since 2017, he has served on the EO Global Board of Directors and in his new role he will lead the Global Board of Directors, whom together are responsible for the development of policies, procedures and regulations to govern the operation of EO, as well as developing strategic, long-range planning for the organization.
At the annual Global Leadership Conference (GLC) held in Macao recently, he addressed close to 1400 EO member leaders from over 60 countries. The conference, focused on leadership training, provided an exclusive gathering for EO members to share experiences focused on technology, innovation and the totality of the entrepreneur that can be applied to business and everyday life. Jason shared his vision for the future of EO at the GLC and described the next era as a time for ‘Intelligent Personalization’.
Speaking of his recent appointment, Jason comments: “I am honored to be taking on the role of Global Chair and look forward to nurturing new leadership and working together with the committees and councils to reimagine the future of EO. We have exciting times ahead as we move into a new phase of strategic development and are eager to take EO in to the next era.”
Jason Sze, based in Hong Kong, is a leader in the real estate industry, having started several property ventures, which include property management, joint-venture investments and development projects in cities such as Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Ningbo, Tianjin, Melbourne, Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal, San Francisco and San Jose. Prior to becoming a property entrepreneur, he achieved a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of British Columbia, Canada, and a Certificate of International Management at INSEAD, France.
