London Restaurant Receives Coveted Star
EO UK-London member Bernard Yeoh’s restaurant, Kai Mayfair, was recently awarded a Michelin Star by The Michelin Guide. The guide awards one to three stars to a small number of restaurants of outstanding quality. Stars are awarded sparingly; for instance, out of 5,500 entries, in the UK and Ireland 2004 guide, there are 98 restaurants with one star, 11 with two stars and only three with three stars.
