Join Andy and Katherine Bailey of Boundless for a unique two-day EO experience centered around something we rarely make enough time for: intentionally thinking about what we’re building beyond the business. Through meaningful conversation and interactive exercises, families will explore purpose, values, vision, communication and legacy - not simply what we hope to pass down, but how we help the next generation build meaningful lives of their own.
Friday, November 20 | Members + Adult ChildrenMembers and their adult children will come together for an interactive evening exploring family vision, values, expectations and the future — creating space for conversations that often get lost between busy lives, careers and businesses.
Saturday, November 21 | Members + Children Ages 10+Saturday begins with a kids-only working session where Andy and Katherine will help our younger next generation explore their own confidence, character, goals, leadership and vision for the future. Parents will then join the room, bringing everyone together to share, listen and turn those individual perspectives into meaningful family conversation.
Because the legacy we leave isn't simply what we build — it's what we help the next generation build for themselves.
Meet Andy & Katherine Bailey
Andy Bailey is a lifelong entrepreneur, author, speaker and coach who has spent more than 30 years building businesses and helping leaders create greater clarity, purpose and accountability in both business and life. He built his first company into an Inc. 500 business before successfully exiting, later founded Petra Coach, and has coached hundreds of business leaders and organizations. Andy is also the author of several books, including the Amazon bestseller No Try Only Do, and has completed executive education programs through Harvard Business School, MIT and Wharton.
Today, Andy and his wife Katherine have turned their focus toward Boundless— helping individuals, couples and families become more intentional about the lives they're building. At their 111-acre Boundless Farm in Tennessee, they create experiences designed to get families away from everyday distractions and into meaningful conversations around purpose, relationships, goals and what matters most.
Together, Andy and Katherine bring a unique perspective to this EO experience: the same intentionality we use to build extraordinary businesses can also be used to build extraordinary lives and stronger families.
