Annual Gala & Awards Night

25 June 2026 06:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney
Venue: The Calyx
Location: Sydney, Australia

Join us for EO Sydney’s Annual Gala & Awards Night. A flagship evening in our events calendar and a night dedicated to celebration, connection and camaraderie.

Together, we’ll thank our outgoing Board Members for their hard work and contributions to the chapter, welcome our incoming Board Members, reflect on the year that was, and celebrate everything we’ve achieved as a community.

The evening will also feature the Forum Cup Awards, recognising members who have gone above and beyond and celebrating excellence across categories, including Forum of the Year, Moderator of the Year and Member Awards. These awards are always a powerful reminder of what’s possible when great people come together with a shared commitment to growth, support and impact.

This year’s Gala will be held at The Calyx in the Royal Botanic Garden, Sydney, and emceed by the bright, bold and never dull Lucy Bloom.

FY26 has been one of our strongest years yet and we can’t wait to celebrate with you as we look ahead to an exciting new chapter for EO Sydney.

Cyber Security For Business Leaders

29 July 2026 11:30 AM (GMT+10:00) Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney
Venue: Dexus Place
Location: Sydney, Australia

Today’s cyber threats are no longer confined to businesses. Increasingly, attackers are targeting the personal digital lives of executives and business leaders, using stolen credentials, exposed personal information, AI-driven impersonation, and dark web data to launch attacks before victims even realise they have been compromised.

Join MyCISO and InfoTrust for an exclusive executive briefing designed for leaders who understand the importance of protecting what they have built. Throughout the evening, you will gain practical insights into today’s evolving threat landscape, how attackers identify and exploit vulnerabilities, and the real-world impact cyber incidents can have on your reputation, finances, privacy, family, and business continuity.

As part of the experience, our cybersecurity experts will:

  • - Conduct confidential security assessments for participating members, helping identify potential vulnerabilities across personal and executive digital footprints, together with practical recommendations to reduce exposure and strengthen resilience.

  • - Facilitate an interactive tabletop exercise that allows you to experience the decisions leaders must make during a cyber incident and understand the consequences of those choices in real time.

  • - Lead a panel discussion featuring senior security leaders who have managed major breaches, sharing lessons learned and the critical decisions that must be made before an incident becomes a crisis.

This is not a technical deep dive. It is a practical, executive-focused discussion centred on awareness, preparedness, and the protection of both personal and business digital environments in an increasingly connected world.

Come prepared to challenge assumptions, ask questions, and leave better equipped to protect yourself, your family, and your organisation.

The ROAS Lie: Stop Chasing Vanity Metrics and Start Measuring What Actually Drives Revenue.

Most business owners are spending money on marketing without truly knowing what's working.

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) has become one of the most quoted metrics in marketing, but is it actually telling you the truth about your business performance?

Join Rebecca Keogh for a practical, no-nonsense workshop designed to help you cut through the jargon, challenge conventional thinking, and understand the numbers that genuinely impact your bottom line.

Whether you're managing an internal marketing team or working with an external agency, you'll walk away with the tools and confidence to ask better questions, make smarter decisions, and ensure your marketing investment is delivering real results.

What you will learn at this workshop

What to Bring

To get the most value from this workshop, bring a laptop and have access to your advertising accounts and any recent marketing or ad performance reports.
